Referring back to my E3 Expectations:
What to expect:
– Battlefield: Hardline (Check!)
– Star Wars: Battlefront (Check!)
– Mirror’s Edge 2 (Check!)
– Dragon Age: Inquisition (Check!)
– The Sims 4 (Check!)
– All the sports games (Check!)
What I’m hoping for:
– Mass Effect 4 or some kind of Mass Effect game (Check! Not much was shown, but it has been confirmed to be in development)
What may appear:
– New Need for Speed game (did not appear)
EA was ‘meh’ as usual. The announcement of a new Mass Effect, and seeing Mirror’s Edge 2 and Star Wars Battlefront was great and all, but nothing else really came out of it. Criterion’s new game is too early to really get hyped over, and the usual parade of sports games was boring as they tried to make them sound more exciting then they really are.
EA: 6/10
